
Mr. Norris grew up in Carmel, California and the surrounding areas of the Monterey Peninsula. He is fourth generation peninsula resident.

Admitted to practice in the State of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in 1989. Member of the Monterey County Bar, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the State Bar of California Family Law Section. Mr. Norris also belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
Legal Background
Mr. Norris began his practice with the Los Angeles litigation and real estate firm of Rogal & Coggan in 1987. Following admission to practice in July 1989, Mr. Norris relocated to the Monterey area as an associate with the personal injury and real estate firm of Bailey & Meheen.
Mr. Norris has a diverse litigation and family law practice. Areas of litigation experience include wrongful death cases, personal injury matters, ranging from automobile accidents to premise liability, as well as construction defects, real estate transactions, creditor-debtor litigation, and contractual disputes. Mr. Norris has handled numerous cases from the initial filing up through and including appeal. He continues to represent several litigation and family law clients throughout Central and Northern California.
